Charles begins with a discussion of Mindfulness Meditation and how it can be useful to everyone, regardless of their job, background, or economic situation. Then, he teaches new participants the basics while helping more experienced attendees advance

There is no fee to attend and there is no restriction on the number of people who wish to participate. All virtual attendees must be respectful of others in the topic discussion or will be asked to leave the session. Anyone continuing to disrupt the session will be blocked.
