Preparing for a disaster can be difficult for a commercial property, but it is essential for continuity. There are some simple ways to help your company prepare to stop more damage from happening. First, locate and tag all shut off locations for water and gas. Next, it’s important to teach all essential personnel, even front desk staff, on where all the location are. Disasters happen at the most inconvenient times, especially when maintenance staff are at a training or vacation.
