Water extraction in commercial building

The property manager of a large property called us when they had flood waters invade the first floor of the facility. The water was only an inch or so deep but it was enough to wreak havoc on the building. By the time we were able to arrive the water had receded, but there was still standing water that needed extraction. We began using our extraction equipment right away. The carpets needed to be removed as flood waters bring with them dirt grime and all types of bacteria. We removed and disposed of the carpet as well as the unsalvageable office equipment as instructed by the property manager.
